Dear Yahoo!:
On the sitcom "Seinfeld," where did Kramer work?
Cosmonaut
Somerset, Pennsylvania
Dear Cosmonaut:
Being the "down for anything" chap that he was, Cosmo Kramer held many jobs, though none for very long. The K-man went through jobs about as quickly as Jerry, George, and Elaine went through significant others. Some of these occupations were real (the bagel shop) and some were made up ("paging Dr. Von Nostrand"), but all managed to bring out Kramer's "unbridled enthusiasm."

This page from Movie Prop lists Kramer's various schemes to earn a quick buck -- naturally, none went according to plan. Some of the more memorable stints include running his own reality tour and his dubious partnership with Newman to recycle cans in Michigan. And of course there was his volunteer work at the downtown office (from which he was fired for extreme incompetence).

The hipster doofus also tried his hand at writing coffee table books, modeling his "sublime buttocks" for Calvin Klein, and acting out diseases for medical students. Kramer was also a familiar figure in the courtrooms of New York City. He and attorney Jackie Chiles sued (unsuccessfully) big tobacco, a chain of coffee bars, and the Oh Henry heiress.

Ol' Cosmo never tied himself down to one job and tasted life as only he knew how. As opposed to, say, this guy.
